2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: match you with relevant job listings, auto-fill application forms when you request it, provide application tracking, and improve our matching algorithms. We never apply to jobs without your explicit action.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Resume files are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use PostgreSQL with encrypted connections and never store passwords in plain text.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with Naukri when you explicitly choose to apply to a job — that's the whole point of the tool.
5. Data Retention
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
